
Senior Project manager - Construction

- Lead end-to-end project management for hospitality and foodservice fit-out projects, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, suppliers, and contractors to deliver innovative and functional spaces on time and within budget.
- Manage project schedules, procurement, cost control, risk assessments, and all relevant compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding of requirements, and successful resolution of challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and on-site teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 7 years’ project management experience in hospitality and/or foodservice fit-out or related construction sectors.
- Proven record in successfully delivering multiple high-value and fast-track projects in restaurants, hotels, or commercial kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse project teams.
- Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, architecture or related disciplines (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent preferred).
