Your Responsibilities as a good TA will include:
  • Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher
  • Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all the children
  • Working with small groups and 1:1
  • Have a flexible approach and ability to adapt resources on the spot
Your core Requirements to earn this role are:
  • An Enhanced child DBS on the update service
  • Eligibility to work in the UK(sponsorship is not available with this role)
  • Able to make an impression on both us and our client
  • Previous experience in Primary Schools is preferred
  • Flexibly adhere to the needs of the children in a professional and friendly manner
  • Good classroom management skills
