
Property Management Surveyor/Senior Surveyor

- Tenant liaison and dealing with formal landlord and tenant matters such tenant applications to assign, sub-let or carry out alterations
- Liaising with building, facilities and estate managers on day-to-day maintenance, repair and operational issues.
- Setting and managing operating service charge budgets across a range of assets across London region, including high profile
- Monitoring income and managing credit control alongside dedicated accounting personnel
- Client reporting – assist in the production of monthly/quarterly reports as required and attendance at client meetings.
- MRICS qualified is preferred but not essential. If you are working towards qualification, you will be fully supported.
- Experienced in property management activities and in particular working with service charge budgets and being familiar with the process around this
- Ability to identify and pursue asset management and other opportunities to assist the client team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Experience of working as part of a team to get the job done and deliver results
- Able to use own initiative
- Experience of property management platforms including Yardi Voyager would be an advantage, but training will be given
