- Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an SEN, PRU, or inclusive setting

- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

- As our PE and Outdoor Education Instructor / Teacher of PE, you will:
- Deliver accessible and inclusive PE lessons and outdoor learning experiences to pupils aged 7-16
- Support pupils in achieving progress relative to their individual starting points, both physically and socially
- Plan safe, creative sessions that promote teamwork, self-confidence, physical literacy, and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with classroom staff and therapists to integrate physical learning with wider personal development goals
- Monitor and track pupils' progress, adapting activities to suit diverse needs and abilities
