- Project Delivery: Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery to scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain robust project plans, resource schedules, and milestones, coordinating across teams to achieve delivery commitments.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, maintaining RAID logs and ensuring timely resolution.
- Budget & Reporting: Monitor project costs, track variances, and support accurate forecasting and reporting to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring progress is transparent and expectations are managed.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards, contributing to lessons learned and improvement initiatives within the PMO.
- Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery.
- Knowledge of structured project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
- Proficiency with business improvement tools and techniques.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and delivery-focused.
- Proactive self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
