This very design-led, private residential studio near Farringdon is seeking Project Architect to lead exciting residential and commercial projects in London.The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with experience across all RIBA work stages, particularly client management and the delivery of retrofit projects. They should be confident on site, technically strong, and comfortable leading projects from inception to completion.Candidates should have:
  • A sharp eye for design and detail
  • Experience as Project Architect and Contract Administrator on private residential projects
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative and proactive approach
  • AutoCAD skills
This practice offers 1 day working from home. Salary in range of £45-55k, subject to years of experience. No sponsorship will be offered.
