- Design of a diverse range of geotechnical engineering solutions
- Design and supervision of ground investigations
- Collation and interpretation of the results of ground investigations
- Preparation of sections and drawings illustrating geological conditions
- Site visits
- The role is suitable for candidates with a Masters degree - Civil engineering or geotechnical engineering are preferred.
- You should be actively working towards Chartership with the ICE or IMMM.
- As short term site visits are a key part of the role, a full UK driving license is required
- Ability to work remotely
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams of internal professionals, and third party asset owners, stakeholders, technical officers and contractors
- Proactive and methodical approach to problem solving as an individual and as part of a team with a desire to find a solution
- Demonstrable success in designing, planning and organising tasks
- A passion for engineering
