- Assist with lease and licence management, including landlord/tenant matters.
- Support with title administration and portfolio management - reviewing title documents, conducting Land Registry searches and maintaining accurate records.
- Support post-completion management, including SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
- Provide transactional support for acquisitions and disposals of assets within client portfolios.
- Draft, amend and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents.
- Ensure proper archiving, storage, and retrieval of property documents and deeds.
- Generate and circulate client reports, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
- Handle travel and diary management, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
- Respond to client and stakeholder queries with clear, professional communication.

- Has prior experience working in the commercial property space, preferable but not essential.
- Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and business aptitude.
- Works methodically with exceptional attention to detail in both content and presentation.
