- Lead and oversee a diverse programme of projects, guiding teams through procurement, delivery, and handover phases.
- Ensure projects are well-coordinated and aligned to meet programme and business objectives.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth Airport Operational Readiness for every handover.
- Identify and manage risks while minimising operational disruption.
- Inspire, coach, and develop your team to deliver world-class outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering multi-year, multi-disciplinary infrastructure programmes, typically in excess of £50 million.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects with a mechanical, electrical, or building services element, alongside other disciplines.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at all levels, including board level.
- Proven ability to manage internal teams and external contractors in a live operational environment.
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
