- Operational Leadership: Own the daily performance of your section, ensuring service, safety, and people targets are consistently met. You'll oversee a fast-paced warehouse operation that is central to delivering M&S's much-loved food products.
- People Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of colleagues. You'll deliver feedback, manage performance, and conduct return-to-work interviews, while also supporting structured onboarding and legal training compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps, spot risks, and drive improvement initiatives. Bring innovation and leadership to your area by improving processes and embedding best practice.

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics team management role - you're comfortable leading people in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong communication skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and confidence in making operational decisions.
- A people-first leadership style - you set the tone and culture for your team.
- Ideally, familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and data-driven performance tracking.
