Our client is dedicated to delivering high-quality Design & Build services to the commercial office industry, creating inspiring workspaces for their clients and are looking for a Project Manager to be based out of their London office.Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team based out of our Surrey office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of D&B commercial office fit outs in London, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and contributing to the continued growth and success of our company.Key Responsibilities:1. Plan and manage D&B commercial fit out projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project requirements are met within the established timelines and budget constraints.
2. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
5. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
6. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that reflects our company's commitment to excellence.Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering D&B commercial fit out projects on time and within budget.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
