Plant Operator

• Monitor and operate the plant's turbine and boiler systems to maintain optimal steam generation.
• Respond to system alarms, faults, or flow/pressure changes as part of planned or emergency maintenance.
• Accurately log operational data, emissions readings, and support daily shift handovers.
• Use overhead cranes and mobile plant (FLT/FLS) for waste movement and material handling.
• Support plant housekeeping, safety protocols, and permit-to-work procedures.

• Experience or understanding of boiler and steam turbine operations in an industrial or energy setting.
• Familiarity with control room operations, gauges, alarms, and system monitoring.
• Fork Lift Truck (FLT) and/or Front Loading Shovel (FLS) qualifications are desirable.
• Basic understanding of health & safety practices in hazardous plant environments.
• Willingness to work at height and in confined spaces as needed.
