We are currently recruiting for 2 x Yard Recycling Picker Operatives to work with our client based in the Paddock Wood area.In this role you will be working as a Recycling Picking Operative sorting through commercial recycled waste so a willingness to work within a refuse environment with the need to be flexible is key.Monday to Friday 07:00-17:00Currently pay is £12.21 per hour (1 hour is deducted for breaks daily)Duties:
  • To remove waste products from the designated waste collection areas when required - Must be aware of large machinery
  • To manually transfer waste materials
  • Recycle any product identified as recyclable on the picking line - This work can be dusty
  • Working outside in yard although covered has open sides.- Please dress sensibly for the weather conditions
  • Good attention for own H&S and others - Due to closeness of moving machinery & busy environment
  • Manual Handling
  • To ensure that all instances of client query or dissatisfaction are escalated to your management Team
  • Work as part of the team or work self-supervised during your day.
  • Due to location own transport is essential
  • Must wear Hi Vis & safety boots
  • This work is in a dusty environment
