You will likeThis full-scope Architect role from Bournemouth New Forest HQ for RIBA Chartered practice. This award-winning firm has blue-chip clients across a broad range of sectors such as commercial and institutional projects including master planning.You will likeThe Architect job itself where you will work alongside a small team, assist with project development, and maintain strong client relationships.You will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting new projects coming up as well as existing projects across a broad range of sectors. More specifically:
  • Working closely with project Lead, and/or to deliver projects through all RIBA stages from concept to completion.
  • Prepare and develop drawings, visuals, models and images, and other documents related to design.
  • Use Revit / AutoCAD on a daily basis
  • Coordinating designs with external consultants
You will haveTo be successful as an Architect here, you will have completed your RIBA part 3 qualification and have relevant experience as an architectural assistant within a UK practice. You will have a successful background in working on education and commercial projects. Plus a healthy mix of the following:
  • RIBA part 3 qualification
  • ARB registration
  • Relevant post-qualification experience
  • Vectorworks and Sketchup proficiency
  • Commercial and education sector experience
