Salary: Competitive + BenefitsWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our growing team, delivering high-quality substation projects across Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of critical infrastructure works, supporting the transition to a low-carbon future.Key Responsibilities:Manage the engineering aspects of high-voltage substation projects from design through to commissioning.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with project programmes.Support testing and commissioning activities, resolving technical issues as they arise.Requirements:Degree or HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).Proven experience in HV substation projects (132kV and above preferred).Strong understanding of electrical design, protection systems, and control schemes.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Knowledge of industry safety standards and CDM regulations.Willingness to travel to various project sites in Scotland.Why Join Us?Be part of a forward-thinking company at the forefront of the energy transition.Work on challenging, high-profile projects with long-term career development opportunities.Competitive salary, pension, and benefits package.
