- Possesses Proficiency in ISO19650 standards for Information Management and exchange.
- Assisting leading on ISO19650 rollout. Working with the Client, Project and Document Control Team as an advisory and lead.
- Ensure integration of digital processes, streamlined collaboration, data consistency and efficient workflows.
- Manage multiple projects on a programme
- Work closely with the document controller and engineering team to create effective processes and Power BI reports
- Maintaining the Handover Strategy, highlighting how you will be handing over documentation at handover phase.
- Working with the Senior Information Manager/Framework Lead to assist with driving a consistent IM approach across our Energy Sector.
- In-depth knowledge of UK BIM Framework in accordance with ISO19650 (previously BIM Level 2) requirements.
- Recent BIM experience, BIM advisory role
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of document control processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the document control team, leading IM, document management from Pre-con all the way through to handover.
- Supporting and advising the document control team, setting objectives, offering support and development.
- Apply experience in data management and cleansing for enhanced data quality
- Introduce data capture tools within existing software applications to facilitate metrics for data insights.
- Monitor and track actions through weekly and monthly reports based on factual information extracted from software packages.
- Generate Power BI dashboards
- Provide project teams and framework management with effective tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Previous experience in CDE e.g. ViewPoint for Projects, SharePoint, Projectwise etc.
- Experience in Power BI and Microsoft suite
- Develop and conduct software training programs for seamless rollouts
- Advise of any training that would be required for the document control team.
- Able to travel to Shetland at least twice a month
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel as needed to potential various project sites and office locations in Scotland.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and encourage collaborative problem-solving.
