Create a "best in class" candidate experience
Conduct robust interviews and develop sourcing strategies
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance recruitment processesEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Significant recruitment experience in Global Technology/Digital/E-commerce
Familiarity with Workday is highly desirable
Strong project management skills and a proactive attitude
Excellent communication and organisational skillsDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Experience with behavioural psychometric tools
Proven ability to coach hiring managers
Understanding of employment and recruitment legislationTechnologies:Workday (highly desirable)
