- Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces (sanding, masking, priming)
- Mix and match paint to manufacturer standards and custom specs
- Apply base coats, clear coats, and finishing products using spray equipment
- Carry out blending, polishing, and refinishing for a seamless finish
- Inspect completed work and carry out necessary touch-ups
- Maintain spray booth cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Collaborate with workshop staff to meet tight deadlines
- Adhere to all workshop health and safety protocols
- A fully qualified time served Vehicle Spray Painter with proven prepping experience
- Strong colour-matching skills with water- and solvent-based systems
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable and committed to maintaining a clean, professional workspace
- £35,000 to £40,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Permanent, full-time role with Monday to Friday schedule
