Locum Inpatient Neuro Rehab Physiotherapist (Band 6) – Flexible Contract in Kent!Job Description / Advert Copy:Are you a Band 6 Physiotherapist with a passion for Neuro Rehab? We have an exciting part-time locum opportunity in a private inpatient neuro rehabilitation centre in Kent, supporting adults with acquired and traumatic brain injury (ABI & TBI) as well as other neurological conditions.
  • Job Title: Inpatient Neuro Rehab Physiotherapist (Band 6)

  • Duration: Ongoing contract (initially 6 months)
  • Schedule: 2–3 days per week (flexible working)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: 6 months (with potential extension)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team in a specialist private neuro rehab centre and play a vital role in helping adults regain independence. Your role will include:
  • carrying out comprehensive neurological assessments
  • delivering tailored rehabilitation programmes for patients with ABI, TBI, and other neurological conditions
  • supporting functional recovery, mobility, and independence in daily living
  • working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLTs, Nurses, Psychologists)
  • maintaining accurate patient records and progress documentation
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • a current and valid HCPC registration
  • experience in inpatient neuro rehabilitation, ideally with ABI/TBI patients
  • excellent clinical reasoning and rehabilitation planning skills
  • strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • commitment to delivering patient-centred, high-quality care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
