This is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join a well-established healthcare team in Poole, Dorset. The role involves providing expert pharmaceutical care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines for patients in a healthcare setting.
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Provide expert advice to patients on the safe use of medications.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure the availability of essential medicines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pharmaceutical transactions.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and pharmaceutical advancements.
  • Ensure the pharmacy operates within legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Offer guidance on minor health concerns and recommend over-the-counter solutions.
  • Provide support for 2 technicians and 1 dispenser.

  • A degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and healthcare regulations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Must be vaccination ready.
