- Schedule and confirm servicing appointments for customers via phone and email, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and our workshop team.
- Provide expert advice on any necessary repairs or additional services, confidently upselling additional work and products, where appropriate, and serving as the main point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle's service journey from technical problems, warranties through to services and repairs..
- Keep customers informed with regular updates and consultative guidance on any required or ongoing repair work.
- Prepare and explain customer invoices, discussing completed work and proactively scheduling future appointments for vehicle maintenance or servicing.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Competence in Microsoft packages.
- Flexibility in working pattern, including the ability to work weekends on a rotational basis, where appropriate.
