Akari Care is seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAPS) to join their award-winning care home team in Choppington. As a CHAPS, you will play a fundamental and integral role in supporting the nursing team in delivering the highest quality, personalized care to the residents. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day nursing needs of the residents, allowing the nurses to focus on the more complex nursing requirements.Main duties of the jobThe Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAPS) role involves collaborating with the nursing team to support and assist with the day-to-day nursing needs of the residents.
