This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional who is committed to helping children aged 0–5 grow, learn, and thrive in a safe, engaging environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and delivery of creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS frameworkProvide high-quality care and individual support to children across all areas of developmentBuild trusting relationships with children, parents, and staffObserve, monitor, and record children’s progress and developmentMaintain a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environmentWhat We’re Looking ForA Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)Experience working in a nursery or early years settingA warm, positive, and patient approachStrong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practicesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAn enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (we can assist)What We OfferA caring, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
