- Create and maintain contract files, issue operative contracts and record holidays
- Assemble H&S files and provide general office support
- Handle incoming calls and assist with admin tasks for the team
- Ensure compliance with company processes
- Booking of training courses and events
- 2 years construction industry admin experience
- Background in busy office environment
- Experience with ERP system (Desirable)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
