- Partnering with team members to support on a wide range of reward matters including;
- Designing and structuring of new equity or cash-based incentive plans considering the tax (UK and overseas), commercial and accounting impacts and/or reviewing existing incentive plans to ensure they remain fit for purpose;
- Advising on the tax and wider commercial impact of any corporate transactions on existing or new incentive plans and also advising on the tax structuring of transactions; and
- Designing incentive plans for the wider workforce including all employee share purchase plans
- Regular client interaction, helping present reports and analysis and supporting managers with the day to day delivery of projects.
- Working with other teams to deliver integrated advice to clients in relation to their business issues
- Supporting your peer group colleagues as both you and they learn more about new areas of expertise, to create a collaborative and collegiate work environment
- In due course, training and developing junior team members from both technical and non-technical perspective
- Assisting in the development of innovative solutions and opportunities for clients and being part of initiatives to bring those solutions to market
- Supporting the team's knowledge management

- Bachelor's Degree preferable but not essential
- Work experience that demonstrates a good foundation of relevant technical and / or client service skills as well as potential to support on new business activity
- ATT and/or CTA/ACA/Legal qualification (either completed or part-completed or seeking to complete) would also be an advantage, but would not be essential to the role - you will have the opportunity to develop lots of relevant experience working directly on client projects
- Strong organisational and time management skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Highly effective stakeholder management and relationship building skills; credible and confident with stakeholders at all levels
- Working knowledge of PCOAB and US GAAS
