This newly created role comes from internal promotions a great sign of how they develop their people!About the Role:In this varied role, you will play a key part in supporting the customer operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, excellent customer service, and accurate credit management. Your day will involve:
- Collaborating with the warehouse, sales, and finance teams to manage and monitor customer orders.
- Handling order amendments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring exceptions are resolved quickly.
- Supporting credit control by monitoring outstanding payments, reviewing new customer account applications, and assisting with credit requests.
- Contacting customers via phone and email to resolve account queries and maintain positive relationships.
- Supporting customer service by answering overflow calls and providing a professional, helpful response.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring accounts are kept up to date.
