We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work within the Single Point of Access Admin Team.The post holder mustbe adaptable and enjoy working in a challenging and busy environment. The ideal candidate should be able to manage large volumes of incoming calls whilst maintaining a pleasant and professional telephone manner.You will be providing high standard administrative support to the Adult Community Nurses including the Clinical Assessment Team, District Nurses, Community Matrons, Specialist Nurses, Service Users, and external Multi Agencies.Main duties of the jobYou will be providing high standard administrative support to the Adult Community Nurses including the Clinical Assessment Team, District Nurses, Community Matrons, Specialist Nurses, Service Users, and external Multi Agencies.The role involves providing support in running an efficient messaging service and processing referrals.
