- Possess RSA/OCR level III or the equivalent level of knowledge, skill & experience
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
- Working knowledge of the Cardiff University C21 Curriculum or Medical Education agenda.
- Previous experience in organising training events.
- Experience in producing high quality reports.
- Developing high quality promotional documentation.
- Experience of working in the NHS or of working in an Educational/Training environment.
- Previous experience of taking and transcribing minutes of meetings.
- Using Social Media/Apps etc. appropriately to support communication within the working environment.
- Excellent verbal, written and IT skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Convey messages clearly
- Ability to produce reports from databases.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff dealing with senior medical staff.
- Have an appreciation of budget and financial systems.
- Ability to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a wider team.
- Welsh language speaking/listening skills at Level 3 or above
