- Lead and manage the successful delivery of projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Act as day-to-day client liaison, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Provide strategic advice at project conception, including procurement and delivery approaches.
- Establish and monitor project success criteria and performance metrics.
- Oversee project planning, financial control, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
- Support business development through bid writing, client pitches and cross-selling opportunities.
- Degree qualified in a construction, property, or project management discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering projects, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Chartered or working towards professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, or PMI preferred).
- Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.
- Salary in the region of £55,000 – £65,000, dependent on experience
