- Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships over the phone, building trust and credibility.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, generating leads for the business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activity and client interactions on the CRM.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and target-driven with a hunger for success.
- Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
- Previous telesales or B2B experience is essential
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
- £25,500 basic salary + uncapped commission
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
