This role is ideal for anyone wanting hands-on experience in a classroom setting—especially if you’re planning to move into teaching, SEND support, pastoral work, or educational psychology.What You Will Be Doing:Supporting teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need extra help.Assisting with classroom resources, displays, and preparation.Helping monitor progress and behaviour, creating a positive learning environment.Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.Accessing ongoing training, mentoring, and CPD opportunities throughout the year.This is a fantastic stepping stone into education.
