We have an exciting opportunity, for a Stock and Systems Admin, to join our team at the B&M Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port!You will report to a Stock & Systems Team Manager and you will be required to have a full understanding of the practices and procedures of each of the main warehouse functions: Inbound, Outbound - Picking & Waving, Stock Management and Dispatch - Loading Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday Nights | 22:00 to 06:00You will be required to work closely with the loading team to aid the loading process, this will involve:
  • Systemic receipt of vehicles to Warehouse.
  • Ensuring vehicles have been allocated to the bay
  • Correct confirmation of goods to system.
  • Management of inbound schedule.
  • Run and produce reports and KPI's
  • Resolving any stocking issues preventing stock going to stores
  • Allocating stock to designated bays provided by the loading team
  • Ensuring all work is created and allocated in schedule order
  • Dealing with any issues or scheduling changes that may arise
  • Ensuring an accurate stock file is kept on all products
  • Investigating and dealing with any stock related queries that may arise throughout the shift through to resolution
  • Maintaining the warehouse layout making sure stock is located within its family group
  • Checking to see if any stock is outstanding on the system for each load
  • Ensuring trailers have been allocated to the bay before the loading process begins
  • Correctly managing any stock that is unable to be loaded onto the vehicle for any reason
