Responsibilities
- Demonstrate an excellent sales ability by playing an active role on the selling floor
- Deliver amazing customer service and exceptional product knowledge
- Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to aid the development of a client book and returning customer base
- Work as a team to ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization
- Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed
- Ensuring cashing up and EOD reporting is executed correctly
- Assist the management team in resolving all client issues/complaints quickly and effectively
- Assist with deliveries, visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy back of house
