Main Responsibilities - Lettings Manager
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the lettings department
  • Valuing rental properties and winning instructions
  • Overseeing and supporting the lettings team
  • Rolling out monthly targets and KPIs
  • Conducting team training and monthly one-to-ones
  • Devising and implementing marketing strategies for lettings
  • Chairing morning meetings and motivating staff
  • Ensuring all properties comply with lettings regulations
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Handling complaints and resolving tenancy issues
  • Reporting key lettings figures and performance to Directors
  • Attending monthly management meetings
  • Staying up to date with legislation and industry changes
Lettings Manager - Key Skills and Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior lettings role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Confident in conducting valuations and securing instructions
  • Target driven and results focused
  • Ability to use company software confidently
  • Flexible, adaptable and proactive
  • Positive attitude and a desire to progress in the property industry
