- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the onboarding process for new clients.
- Regularly review customer systems to identify potential improvements or upgrades.
- Resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's product and service offerings to ensure accurate client advice.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- A background in a technical or sales role within for an MSP or VAR and strong understanding of IaaS, SaaS, BaaS alongside MS Azure
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high levels of customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
