Each team offers a unique route into high-impact, tech-enabled work.Business Transformation - Work with clients to rethink their operations and processes using data, technology, and digital strategy - from cost optimisation to digital enablement and growth.Consulting Digital - Build and scale tools, drive digital delivery across service lines, and be part of the firm's digital innovation engine - making us faster, smarter and more future-ready.Finance Function Support (FFS) - Use data analytics and automation to help clients streamline financial processes, drive efficiencies and gain new insights.Risk and Governance - Support clients in understanding and managing risk using digital tools and audit strategies, from cyber risk to operational resilience.Technology Assurance - Work across a global client base in sectors like pharma, automotive and tech. Gain certifications in areas like AI and IT audit while supporting clients with their most complex technology challenges.Beyond digital - the consulting mindsetDigital consulting is about more than tools. It's about people.You'll work closely with teams and clients to understand problems, explore possibilities and recommend solutions. Along the way, you'll develop:
  • Project management and change leadership experience
  • Communication, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercial awareness and cross-sector understanding
  • Strategic problem-solving techniques rooted in data and insight
  • And, crucially, you'll learn how to use digital solutions to drive value in context
What we're looking for:We're looking for people who see what digital can do and want to be part of shaping how it's done.

You'll need:
  • A predicted or achieved honours degree
  • A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification)
  • Or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
