The role promises exposure to a broad spectrum of projects and a dynamic client base, ensuring day-to-day variety and long-term development.This position offers a clear and fast-tracked route to Senior Quantity Surveyor, making it ideal for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will receive exceptional support through a structured APC programme delivered by experienced Chartered Surveyors and Directors, all within a business that has a proven track record of developing and retaining talent.This consultancy is committed to mentoring its staff, providing flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work on some of the most engaging and impactful projects in the region.The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
  • A RICS accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Cost Consultancy (1-2 years minimum)
  • A valid UK driving license
