- Proposal development
- Scheduling required meetings i.e. bid kick-off
- Work with a range of functions to assist preparation of winning proposals
- Liaise with clients to obtain information and raise tender questions
- Arrange site visits/client meetings
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations
- Organising documents and proposal files
- New bid set up, including CRM record creation, document management and bid/no bid process
- Support submission of proposals to deadlines and manage end-to-end process for allocated bids
- Develop and maintain a library of proposal content for quick, efficient and accurate retrieval of information
- Proposals administration experience preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a business environment is necessary, training can be provided for the right candidate
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint
- Demonstrated attention to detail skills are essential or proven proofreading and editing skills are desirable with the ability to ensure proposals, presentations and other customer responses are of high quality
- Demonstrated effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Effective organisation, coordination, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Confident and capable of dealing with colleagues from all business functions
- Resilient nature with an approachable, flexible and dedicated approach to work
- Self-initiative with the ability to prioritise multiple conflicting tasks, while applying mandatory defined processes
- Educated to minimum GCSE or equivalent (English and Maths - grade 4/C) are essential
