- Manage one or more service projects from initiation to completion
- Liaise with all relevant departments to meet technical, commercial, and quality objectives
- Communicate directly with clients on technical matters with support from the Engineering Group where needed
- Maintain accurate project documentation including PO schedules and cost records
- Ensure engineering compliance and project quality through all phases
- Handle variation quotations and coordinate with Sales for customer relations
- Oversee timely invoicing, progress tracking, and resource coordination
- Support quoting, testing, commissioning, and customer visits as required
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Maximise project margins and minimise rework
- Achieve customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships
- Drive continual improvement in project delivery and outcomes
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering
- Good standard of English and Maths
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Nitro PDF
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Degree in Engineering or in Control, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
