- Advise on wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts & possibly court of protection matters
- Advise HNW clients
- There is plenty of work currently, so less need for business development, unless you really enjoy this – In which case you will be encouraged to get out & about
- To be a solicitor or legal executive
- To have at least 3 years PQE
- Private client experience
