Are you ready to launch your career in Quantity Surveying with one of London’s leading high-end residential contractors?We’re seeking a bright, driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team in NW London. Working directly under the Commercial Director, you’ll receive hands-on mentorship and structured training to become a fully-fledged Project Quantity Surveyor. Projects range from £2M to £5M and are defined by exceptional quality, bespoke finishes, and architectural ambition.About Our ClientOur client specialises in delivering super prime residential schemes across London’s most prestigious postcodes. From heritage refurbishments to cutting-edge new builds, their work is synonymous with craftsmanship, discretion, and uncompromising standards.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Graduate QS, you’ll be immersed in all aspects of the commercial lifecycle, including:
  • Assisting with cost planning, tender analysis, and procurement
  • Supporting subcontractor management and valuations
  • Preparing interim applications and final accounts
  • Monitoring project budgets and cost reporting
  • Attending site visits and liaising with project teams
  • Learning to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with contract administration

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
  • Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and a proactive attitude
  • Ideally some industry experience (placement or internship), but not essential
