About the firmDedicated, boutique law firm looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor to join their Birmingham offices.About the roleOur client is looking for someone who can join their busy and rapidly growing Commercial team. Within this role, your day-to-day duties may include:
  • Managing your own caseload of Intellectual Property matters
  • Developing and implementing strategies for the protection and commercial use of IP rights
  • Conducting legal research
  • Advising clients on arrangement and negotiations
  • Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
