We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Year 3 Teacher to join our collaborative team at a leading primary school in Edmonton.As a Year 6 Teacher, you will work closely with teaching personnel to create an inspiring and supportive learning environment for our students. Your role will involve developing engaging lesson plans, implementing innovative teaching methods, and providing personalized support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to the Year 6 curriculum, incorporating a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Collaborate with teaching personnel to share ideas, resources, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their academic development.
  • Establish open and effective communication channels with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and achievements.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in Year 6.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • A creative and adaptable approach to teaching, with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and responsibilities.
