Do you want to make a meaningful difference in your local community during the evenings?At Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse, we're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our friendly team as Evening Care Assistant's. Whether you're looking to start a new career in care or already have experience, we'll support you every step of the way.As an Evening Care Assistant, you'll support older adults with their end of day and bedtime routines. This will include:
  • End-of-day routines - such as washing, dressing, and settling in for the night
  • Evening meal preparation and administering medication
  • Supporting with mobility and personal care
  • Offering companionship, comfort, and a listening ear
  • Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring clients feel safe and supported
Our evening shifts typically start at 5pm and end at 9:45pm, but these timings can be discussed on an individual basis if required.Why Join Our Team?

What We're Looking For:
We need you to be aged 18 or over and be able to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday)
