- Support the deployment and configuration of cloud-based services, assisting in the setup of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud services, collaborating closely with IT Cloud Officers and Engineers.
- Perform routine tasks such as patch management, updates, and backups for cloud infrastructure and associated services, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Implement and maintain cloud security measures, including managing access controls and monitoring for security threats, in alignment with Council policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of cloud configurations, processes, and changes, ensuring all records are current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other departments, addressing cloud-related issues efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in the automation of routine cloud management tasks through scripting and deployment tools as directed by senior team members.
