** Parking availableAs this primary schools HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning activities across the school. You will take a leading role in supporting pupils' learning, providing targeted interventions, and occasionally covering classes in the absence of a teacher.Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, Key Stages 1 and 2
- Plan and deliver learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff
- Lead small group interventions and support individual pupils
- Cover lessons as required, ensuring continuity of learning
- Contribute to assessment, tracking, and pupil progress monitoring
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification ideally
- Previous experience in a primary school setting
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills
- Ability to inspire and engage young learners
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
