- Managing civil engineering projects from inception through to completion
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project delivery
- Leading teams effectively while ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld
- Relevant university degree (preferable but not essential)
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with a civil engineering company or major house builder
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient IT skills, particularly with Excel
- Sound commercial acumen, with the ability to manage high volumes of work to tight, client-driven deadlines
