You will support children, young people, and families through early help, child-in-need, and safeguarding interventions, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.Essential Qualifications & RequirementsSocial Work degree or equivalent recognised qualification with Social Work England registration.Significant experience in children’s social care, particularly safeguarding and court work.Proven ability to mentor and guide colleagues in a social care setting.Strong knowledge of child safeguarding procedures and relevant legislation.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.Skills & AttributesExceptional assessment, analysis, and planning capabilities.Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.Leadership and motivational abilities to inspire team members.Emotional resilience to manage complex and sensitive cases.About TraffordTrafford combines vibrant communities, rich cultural heritage, and excellent leisure opportunities.
