- Manage bespoke joinery projects throughout the design process, from client brief to production handover
- Translate client concepts and architectural drawings into detailed technical joinery drawings using SolidWorks
- Collaborate with internal designers, production teams, and external stakeholders
- Conduct and interpret site surveys, identifying key install and build considerations
- Review materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes to ensure feasibility and quality
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule
- Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and approvals
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience using SolidWorks for 2D and 3D technical joinery design
- Proven background in a design/project management role within the joinery, fit-out, or manufacturing sector
- Strong technical knowledge of bespoke joinery construction and production methods
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of site conditions and installation logistics
