- Produce detailed briefing memos on potential funders for our leadership team and partnerships colleagues in advance of high-level engagements with funders.
- Contribute to the development of program concept notes and funding proposals, specifically supporting our Skills for Employment pipeline.
- Support the broader partnerships team in cultivating relationships with new and existing partners by participating in calls and webinars, conducting research, and engaging in outreach to participants at key sector events.
- Maintain accurate data on the partnerships team CRM System (currently HubSpot) and support deal pipeline workflows.
- Advance the partnerships team's internal co-ordination of cross-team projects and tasks through regular engagement with colleagues in our programs and operations teams.
- Support the fundraising team with administrative tasks including meeting scheduling and event logistics support.DUTY STATIONThe majority of EOF's team are London-based, and candidates may need to be available during a significant portion of UK working hours (to be determined on a case-by-case basis). Remote and hybrid working options will be considered. Please note that EOF cannot sponsor visas for candidates who do not already have the right to work in the UK.To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following requirements.Essential:- Enrolled in a degree programme in an undergraduate or graduate school, or a recent graduate (within the last 2 years).
- Excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records.
- At least 18 years old.
- Fluency in English is required.
- No immediate relatives (e.g., father, mother, brother, sister) working in any UNICEF office; and have no other relatives in the line of authority that the intern will report to.
Desirable:- Experience with fundraising, includes relationship management work with corporate donors/sponsors, foundations, or philanthropists.
- Partnership-building skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with current and prospective partners.
- Experience conducting research in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization as part of a collaborative and committed team. Start-up experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage a high workload at a fast pace with strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality; manage concurrent timelines, independently prioritize tasks and work.
- A degree in a relevant subject, such as economics, political science, development, education, or a related field, would be preferred.
- Experience or an interest in international development, the global education sector, and international aid is desirable. Additional consideration will be given for any relevant partnerships experience.
- Proficiency in French, Spanish or Arabic is desirable.
General information- We have a global mandate and a global team, with staff based across most continents. However, most of our team are London-based, and candidates may need to be available during a significant portion of UK working hours (to be determined on a case-by-case basis). Remote and hybrid working options will be considered. Please note that EOF cannot currently sponsor interns to work in the UK.
- A monthly stipend will be provided for the duration of the internship, which will be determined based on the location of the successful candidate according to current UNICEF rules and regulations.
- The internship is expected to start in October or November 2025 and run for six months. Please note that candidates who cannot commit to a six-month internship, working full-time, cannot be considered for the internship.

Monthly stipend:Interns will receive a stipend based on their location.
